  • WAP0300, WAP0500, WAP1000 and WAP1300 pumps are 2 stage pumps with 100 litre tanks, manufactured in mid steel.
  • Supplied with a ø100 mm dual scale (bar/psi) gauge  and control valve.
  • Pressure gauge: Class 1.0 from 300 to 1.300 bar.
  • All pumps work with water.


  • High pressure fittings and any length of high pressure hose available from stock.
  • Ensure that all accessories are suitable for the maximum working pressure.
  • The system, tank or pipe to be tested, should be completely full of liquid and without any leak before connecting the pump to start the testing. Never use the pump to pre-load or fill the system to test.

  • Pressure gauge: Class 1.6 up to 200 bar.

WAP0040, WAP0070, WIP0040, WIP0200


  • Engineered and designed for easy operation.
  • Lightweight hand pumps manufactured in mid steel and stainless steel for use on bench in workshop hydrostatic tests.
  • WIP models with stainless steel tank and frame are used in the Chemical industry or when aggressive liquids are used.
  • WIP0040 model is constructed with brass pump components and WIP0200 model is constructed with stainless pump components and can be used in some applications where more corrosive chemicals may be present.
  • WAP0040 and WIP0040 pumps are supplied with 1.5 metre hose. These pumps are normally used by plumbers for the testing of the heating plants.
  • Supplied with ø60 mm dual pressure (bar/psi) gauge, control valve and 13 litres rectangular tank.
  • Pressure gauge: Class 1.6 up to 200 bar.
  • All pumps work with water.

  • Electric pump for filling, pouring, pressurizing and testing water systems and other non-oily liquids, such as antifreeze fluids. Working pressure: 20 bar.
  • It can be connected directly to the water mains or tank. Maximum suction height 3 metres.
  • Body of the pump made of anodized aluminium.
  • Supplied with 1.5 metres hose, a class 1.6, ø60 mm dual scale (bar/psi) pressure gauge  and control valve.

  • HEP0120 and HEP0250 models are supplied with 1.5 metres hose, a class 1.6, ø60 mm dual scale (bar/psi) pressure gauge and control valve.
  • HEP0180 model is supplied with pressure gauge  and double control valve. Hose is not supplied as standard.
  • Supplied with a second manometer to regulate the pressure before filling the system.

  • During testing the pump can be physically disconnected from the circuit.
  • Mounted on trolley with wheels, and hooks for lifting the pump with straps.
  • Control panel with authomatic thermic protection and emergency stop button.
  • Pressure can be set before the test, to avoid overpressure on the system.
